- Windows : lancer Sage Notebook depuis le bureau et attendre que le navigateur se lance automatiquement / run Sage Notebook on the desktop, the web browser will then
start automatically
- Linux (ordinateurs d'AIMS) / Linux (AIMS computers) :
- Lancer un terminal : cliquer sur le bouton formé des 9 points en bas à gauche de l'écran, puis taper terminal, puis cliquer sur l'icône Terminal
/ Run a terminal: click on the
bottom-left button with 9 dots, type terminal and then click on the Terminal icon
- Dans le terminal, exécutez les commandes suivantes (appuyer sur la touche Entrée à la fin de chaque ligne et attention à bien distinguer les majuscules et les minuscules)
/ In the
terminal, run the following commands (Enter after each line, and make sure to distinguish between upper case and lower case)
cd Downloads/SageMath
./sage -n jupyter
- Si cela ne fonctionne pas, refaites l'étape 1 puis exécutez les commandes suivantes :
/ If it doesn't work, restart from Step 1 and then run the following commands:
cd SageMath
./sage -n jupyter
- Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, demandez-moi ! / If it still doesn't work, ask me!

Fichiers notebook Jupyter (en français) :
Mode d'emploi :
- Télécharger les fichiers ci-dessous : faire un clic-droit sur chaque lien puis "Enregistrer la cible du lien sous" ou "Save link as", et enregistrer le fichier à un
endroit que vous saurez facilement trouver sur votre ordinateur (si votre ordinateur est sous Linux, il peut être judicieux de l'enregistrer à l'endroit où vous avez exécuté Sage) .
- Depuis votre ordinateur, lancer Sage avec le notebook Jupyter (voir les explications données plus haut).
- Une fois Jupyter démarré, parcourir l'arborescence de votre ordinateur et cliquer sur le fichier ipynb qui vous intéresse.
- La première fois que vous ouvrez ce fichier, Jupyter va vous demander quel langage vous utilisez : dans le menu déroulant, choisir Sage au lieu de Python, puis cliquer sur le bouton bleu
- Suivre les instructions contenu dans le notebook.

Instructions:
- Download the files below: right-click on each link then "Save link as", and save the file to a location that you will be able to find easily on your computer
(if your computer runs under Linux, it may be easier for later to save them at the location where you run Sage).
- Start Sage with the Jupyter notebook (see the instructions above).
- Once Jupyter has started, browse through your folders and files on your computer and click on the ipynb file you would like to open.
- The first time you open this file, Jupyter will ask you which langage (kernel) to use: in the drop down menu, choose Sage instead of Python, then click on the blue button
- Follow the instructions in the notebook file.
